The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is very near to the main market and close to everything. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing great service. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offers a variety of facilities, such as a restaurant and a lift.
Some guests have mentioned that rooms facing the street can be noisy at times.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. The rooms, although small, are well-designed and have all the basic amenities that a solo traveler needs. I particularly liked the attention to detail in the room decor. The breakfast, although served at the restaurant next door, offers a variety of options to choose from, including both Western and Vietnamese styles.
The bathroom in my room was a bit small and the shower tended to splash water everywhere.

The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. No matter who is on duty, they are always ready to assist with anything you need, whether it's offering guidance around the city or helping with laundry. They speak English well, making communication easy. One particular staff member, Steven, even were really nice by calling me an Uber taxi from his personal account. The hotel's location is also fantastic, as it is close to the big park and within walking distance of the Ben Thanh market and the night market. the hotel provides hot and cold water on each floor to refill their bottles or enjoy a hot tea.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Attentive and cute staff, good location near markets and convenient store, clean room and comfortable bed, nice Vietnamese coffee across the street.
